Over the last 25 years, I experienced many challenging situations:

I developed many tools and strategies as I pursued greater self awareness through inner processing.

I studied different healing modalities, nutrition, Bach flowers, tarot, astrology, and Reiki. I tried to organize the information I learned in to a useful form.

I even became certified as a spiritual coach.

But it wasn’t until I allowed myself to trust my intuition and combine my teaching experiences and coaching principles with my INTUITION that I found a way to help people best.
