She even picked up on exact words of what I was thinking when we did a creative project visualization!
What is so surprising about this energy scan to me is that the whole scan plus visualizations to heal things that come up was only about 20 minutes!
The biggest result that I got was that I went from a general anxious, stressed out feeling (which I had no idea of the cause of and wasn’t even aware of it until I felt better) before the scan to feeling really relaxed, whole and connected afterwards- without having to discuss anything, just by tuning in to sensations I felt and following Catherine Rose’s voice through a beautiful visualization!
