Are You Having a Ground Hog Day?
I recently viewed a video about Sustainable Goals by Success Coach Wendy Greer of Learning Strategies. Wendy said, “At the beginning of January many people join the gym and say that they will work out every day, but after awhile they drop out. The people at the gym call them ‘short termers’. They are unable to achieve their goal because they have set goals that are too big, too overwhelming, and not sustainable for them.”
