The Tale of the Turtle and the Butterfly

In my last newsletter, I discussed that I would be lightening my schedule so I could focus and clear what no longer served me.

Spring, Simplicity and Slowing Down

Spring, Simplicity and Slowing Down

I had been trying all winter to be more focused and in the moment and it didn’t work. I think that I had some preconceived ideas of what being in the moment would look like and feel like.
